Audra Vann

Audra Vann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2019. She has an B.A. Liberal Studies with a minor in French from California State University of San Bernardino (summa cum laude with highest honors, special recognition from the School of Communication for Excellence in Journalism), an M. A. Special Education with a concentration in Assistive Technology (summa cum laude with highest honors), and an M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in trauma and crisis (summa cum laude with highest honors). Some people experience more trauma than others. Success in therapy is feeling comfortable telling Audra what's working for you"?but also what isn't working. It's about what you can accomplish together to help you face hardship and emerge stronger and with greater purpose. That doesn't mean your worst day is behind you. But Audra would like the opportunity to help you see the path that makes sense to you, and to provide you with tools that will help you daily. There is no handbook to make things easier, but there is a cooperation between you and Audra that forges strength out of your individuality and empowers you to see through the chaos into the calm.
