Hi, I’m Sally, a licensed mental health therapist with over 24 years of experience in Florida. I offer virtual therapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens. In therapy, I focus on helping you create meaningful, lasting change in your life. We’ll work together to build self-awareness and break free from old patterns, negative thinking, and limiting beliefs. While I can give you tools to cope with challenges, my goal is to go deeper—let’s explore why you see the world the way you do, so we can shift your perspective and create real transformation. My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy, to provide holistic support for individuals and families. Through a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, I assist couples in reconnecting, improving communication, and enhancing intimacy, while helping parents understand and guide their teens toward independence with respect and understanding.
